Circle Hex does not collect any data from users other than for the proper functioning of the website. This is (at the time of writing) limited to the optional comment system, which is a hosted instance of Commento. By logging in to the Comment system, you consent to Circle Hex a) storting basic data (e.g. username, e-mail address, log-in details) for your account and b) storing and displaying comments that you submit to the site.

You can log into the Comment system using a Google account. This requests basic account information from Google (i.e. Name, E-mail address) for the proper functioning of the Comment system. Google, in the course of their operations, may collect user details. You can read Google's Privacy Policy by following this link. Note that if you do not log-in via Google, to the best of the authors knowlwedge, no information should be communicated to Google (according to Commento's documentation).

In accordance with relevant laws, you may request all data held on this site for your own user account by e-mailing the site administrator, using the e-mail address linked to the account.

If you do not log into the comment system, Circle Hex does not collect or store any identifiable information. As Circle Hex is hosted via Cloudflare, Cloudflare may in the course of their operations collect user details. You can read Cloudflare's Privacy Policy by following this link.
